I logged a fault with the call centre on Thursday morning as my landline was dead. On Saturday morning I got a "restored" sms yet phone is not working. Then phoned the call centre again - only to be told, that they need to log a new fault and that I must now wait again in the "queue'. Asked to speak to a manager and eventually put the phone down as I was waiting too long.
