7 (SEVEN) REPORTS TO TELKOM WITH DATES AND REFERENCE NUMBERS... LANDLINE NOT WORKING. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.
FIRST REPORT ON 22/11/2013 UP TO 04/12/2013. STILL NO ACTION. THIS IS... DISGUSTING!!! IN BETWEEN, I KEPT GETTING SMS'S TO SAY THAT MY A.D.S.L. LINE HAS BEEN RESTORED. I DID NOT REPORT MY A.D.S.L.LINE BEEN FAULTY (WORKING FINE) MY FAULT REPORT WAS TO DO WITH MY LANDLINE (TALKLINE)
INCOMPETENCE AT IT'S BEST.
