What a dissapointing service!!!

I'm very dissapointed with MTN. I have 1 contract with MTN. On the 25th October my bank account was credited with an amount I don't know and I called MTN in Bethlehem to query the amount. They advised me their systems were offline and they'll get back to me but no one did. I called 808 to find out what's going on, I was advised that I apparently have 4 contracts with them. I explained that I have only 1 contract and I don't know of the other 3. I was advised to go make an affidavit and e-mail it, which I did. To make matters worse I even went to the store personally after I did all that and they also submitted a claim to their department. To this day I still haven't heard from them. I still don't have a clue how were the contracts opened on my name without me knowing about it. This is very dissapointing and a frustration from my side because someone used my identification and no one cared to explain how it happened.
