I got a phone call from the above lady. My phone has beenblacklisted. I sent in my forms and now this very rude lady thatspoke to me on the 15 november at about after 10am told me that telkom blacklisted my phone! I asked her how that is my problem as I bought the phone at vodacom. I would like that call to be listed to. I also want to know what is goin to happen about my phone as its almst a month now and still nthing helps. I dont want to be called by one of your rude agent that does not know how to speak to a customer!
I would like my phone to be unblacklisted or I would like a new phone as it was bought cash!!!
