Still waiting for phone to unblacklisted!!!

I have a nokai asha 201 prepaid phone with vodacom. my daughter lost this phone at her boarding school on the 09th of april, i then blacklisted the phone immediately. we have somehow managed to find the phone and i am trying eversince to unblacklist my phone, could some body please assist me??? i have made several calls to the vodacom customer care department, i have even poken to the people at the phoenix plaza durban branch, i have even faxed the relevant documents. i have furious with vodacom. pleae call me urgently on 0722945255, i am on the verge of going directly to the ombudsman. i need my phone to be unblacklisted!!!
