I went to the Istore in Cavendish with whom I am satisfied, the iPhone's Launch was friday and I desperately wanted the new iPhone. Istore told me they only have one golden iPhone left and that I was compelled to take out a contract with MTN to get the golden iPhone. Immediately I am disappointed because I knew that I would have to deal with the bad service and the helplessness I have felt over the past 2 years of having a contract with MTN. I suddenly have hope and decide to give them another chance. I was assured by the Istore consultant that it would take up to a maximum of 24 hours to approve my contract and a minimum of 1 hour. I just spoke to one of MTN's direct's customer service consultants and my application is still pending and no one in the sales department is working today, thanks again MTN for the disappointment.
