On the 26 of October l went into a Samsung shop in Clearwater mall. While looking at the television sets we noticed one set up for home theater with couches and everything showing the la liga match thus Barcelona vs Real Madrid. Set down for the samsung experience only to be rudely interrupted by an indian sales man who came to change the channel without even interacting with us about it. No explanation was given why he changed it and walked away. It just left a sour taste in my mouth how samsung treat its potential customers.
Well done samsung with your unprofessional staff. I think u should just put a no costumers allowed in the shop sign in your clearwater mall shop.
