Shanted from one store to another without feedback

My BB phone started giving problems as the buttons didn't function. I went to the The village branch to solve this problem, but they said I need to go to to Westgate, because it was a software problem and only they can help me. When I got there they referred me to the Clearwater Mall as a technician was not in. When I arrived at Clearwater Mall, I was sent to all 3 stores in Clearwater Mall. Which was also said I have a software problem and again no technician was available. They then referred me to Cresta, I arrived there Sunday morning at 9. At first they couldn't help me, only at 11:30 I was told to leave my phone with them and they would contact me early this morning which obviously they did not do. I eventually phoned, but they couldn't supply with feedback.
