I bought a subscription package from Stefan Lategan for R79 for 5 Gig 1 meg data on special that was first 2 months free and 4 months of R79. However he told me it would be exactly the same that Telkom offers and that I will be informed when my 5 gig gap has been reached. This did not happen and then I cancelled my subscription with them, saying that I would pay for the 1st month of pro rata of R134.30. Mweb listened to the recording of our conversation and acknowledged that this was said. However thay said that they will charge me 50% of the out of bundle usage.
Why should I pay this if it was'nt my fault?
