Since the beginning of November, I have been experiencing very bad internet and signal reception. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I can't even load Google nor Facebook. All pages I load fail with a error message " Connection timed out". I have tried clearing the cache and cookies as well as formatting the phone. When I called Cell C to report the problem there technical department told me to pull the battery and keep the phone off for ten minutes.. Do they really think that will help?? My calls also fail a lot because of the signal falling away at random intervals. The service is pathetic and would like some help as soon as possible as I am a paying customer but I can't use the service that I'm paying for.
