I emailed a cancellation form for the ADSL subscription on 16 April 2013. To date I have had no confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and I was billed for June 2013.
A consultant emailed me telling me that when my account is cancelled I will be credited for June 2013 but I havent heard from her since to confirm the cancellation.
I hope MWEB is not going to be bill me end of this month for July 2013 subscription!!!
I am very disappointed that MWEB hasnt replied to my emails! I have been with MWEB for the past 4 years and had I know that cancelling a service was going to be such a 'mission' I would have never signed up with MWEB!!!
