Lets start at the bar
The employees, Harries, Abel and the rest of them were absolutely amazing. Friendly, quick and always on top of things even when the bar is full. Love them!
Shop
The shop manager is wonderful -- so respectful and has the best attitude with both her work and her employees. Kenny and all the other shop staff were also so friendly, helpful and truly understanding when there was a problem
Restaurant
The restaurant manager is the king of manager everyone hopes for. He gives you the encouragement to get up and come to work the next morning even when facing challenges. He is a wonderful person. Faith and all the other restaurant employees were also amazing --- were quick and always got it right
Kitchen
To the chefs ---- THANK YOU!!! I'm currently on a strict diet because of all the amazing food I've ben eating because of you guys --- Thank you for everything!
Maintenance
The maintenance crew are quick to respond the moment something is wrong. I've seen Brendan on most of them and his always a helping hand.
Concern
The only thing that really needs to be addressed is the bar manager, Esta. She was absolutely rude and ignorant, and was shouting at employees in front of guests while bar was full. It was really uncomfortable. Something needs to be done about this because if it wasn't for her this Forever resort would be a 5/5
