Nokia Lumia is losing it

I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom and Nokia for over 15 years now. The challenges that I am recently having with the Nokia Lumia 820 are unbearable. Late last year I have a challenge with the speaker, all my callers says they can't hear me clear though I can hear them very well. I then took my phone to Vodacom Care Centre in Pretoria for repairs. Up to date I am still having a same problem though it is inconsistent. After the first repair I have noticed that the Bluetooth can no longer connect to the car. I then took repairs for the second time on the 10/01/2014. It should be noted that the Bluetooth was working properly before the first repair. Now it can only pick up the car but not able to connect. I have checked with my other phones and it is working. Upon the second repair which was not successful, I again noticed that the camera key is no longer working, hence I can't take photos. The phone is now booked in for the 3rd time within the period of three month. This is totally unacceptable, I therefore demand that this phone be fixed once and for all or be given the new phone if needs be.
