Taking my money after contract expired

On 3 sept 2013 I contacted 8 ta to confirm the cancellation of my contract I spoke to michelle. She said I should go to the branch which I did on 4/09/2013. They assured me the last debit order will deduct 1/19/2013. The debit went through. On 1/11/2013 to my surprise and no communication they deducted 741.39!! I went to my bank and stopped the deduction. I went to the 8 ta branch again. I asked what is going on and left with no answer! The consultant said they will cancel the debit order! Without warning or any contact to myself they forced debited my account again with 741.39! I want my money and charges refunded I expect an apology for poor service as I an now under financial distress! If another attempt is made like this I will be forced to go to the ombudsman you are performing bad practice!
