I think this is complaint number 6 this year about Vodacom. I am sick and tired of Vodacom. I have paid my account in full, but I am still getting billed. I am furious as I write this because of Vodacom's incompetence and lack of customer care. I was referred to a gentleman by the name of Moenier, who promised to clear my account and send me a letter advising me of that. I sent him an email to check whether there had been progress. He did not reply. Vodacom, refer me to someone more competent and get your act together. I don't like being made a fool of. I have included my cellphone number... call me!!! Because clearly you don't understand what an email is for. The frustrating thing is that I cannot apply for a home loan without being declined because of this. Call me and let's resolve this once and for all. Stop referring me to different departments. Get me someone who will really help me and not pretend to help.
