I have ordered a tablet online and the price was incorrect. At first Telkom made me angry as I had to keep on following up but then Donovan Chetty contacted me. He explianed that the price was an error and I said what will they do to keep it up. He went the extra mile and gave me some credit for the mistake. Thanks. Then again a mistake with my delivery address but Pavishni Pillay gave me the track number for parcel and I could fix it quickly and Courier IT Rinesh Pillay did a great jov fixing it. At the end a happy customer. I must say Telkom data is much faster and cheaper and not needed to take 4 hours to regsiter to check balance, no just a click on websit and you have it.
Thanks my waife is due for upgrade and will port in January 2014 to Telkom just bacause people like Donovan, Pavishni and Rinesh listen
