Outstanding Refund

One Pavishni Pillay called me on the 12 of Novemebr following my cancellation and refund to be effected, she made a commitment to follow up with the outstanding refund. I followed this up with an email, I did not hear from her for a month, on the 12 Dec I send another email reminding her of the promise to refund my money, to this day I am yet to hear from Telkom. This is her mail on 12 November and I never heard from her since and still did not get my money 3 months later

Good day Mr. Mokonyane,

I trust you are well this afternoon.

I have put through a request for a refund amounting to R369. I am awaiting a response as to how long it would take for the refund to be processed.

I will update you once I receive feedback.
