On, 24 September 2013, I have done an upgrade via telephonic communication with one of MTN's consultants, Joy Manaka, who has convinced me to do an upgrade when i actually called to cancel the contract. With her convincing me to do the upgrade, she has then noticed that my account has credits which MTN owes me, it was promised to me that the credits (amount MTN owes me), would be paid into my banking account. A month later i have done an inquiry as the money has not been paid into my account, the same consultant then promised that she would get back to me regarding this regard.
To date, almost two months later, the money has not been paid into my account and i have not received feedback from the consultant. This is becoming frustrating because it displays poor service from the MTN Service Provider.
