Telkom - Unethical and contract breach

3 Weeks ago I have loaded a compliment for Telkom, what a mistake as they have proven me wrong. I have ordered a tablet via Telkom Online shopping and they had made a mistake with the price on the website which i was not happy with as the price you see is the price you pay. After a week af fighting with Telkom they agreed that they will compensate me for the mistake and give me 1GB data for 6 months free which I thought is an easy way out for them but I have accepted it. Donovan Chetty fromTelkom Online sales phoned me Friday 8 November at around 17h toas if I will accept the deal and I said yes. Wellington then phoned me and he also said that I get my 5GB data and an additional 1GB, and Telkom can listen to the phone call as they record it for quality purposes/ Then I had more problems as they took the wrong delivery address but me as the client got it sorted it with Courier IT. Nd now 10 days after I wassupposed to receive my additional1GB data nothing. I have emailed Pavishni Pillay and Donovan Chetty from online sales bsince the 1st of December and every time the answer is you will get the data tomorrow, then the next day. What willyou do, STAY AWAY from TELKOM FOREVER!!!
