A cashier uploaded data onto an incorrect service number despite me giving the correct service number to her. When I realised this I contacted and went into Telkom Musgrave. Mariam who is the supervisor promised me this would be rectified in the afternoon of the 14 January 2014. To date I have received no response except broken promises from Mariam. Mariam can look you in the eye and to a customer. I went back to her again the same thing promises the data will be uploaded back into my account. This has happened on four different occasions. When I go back into Musgrave a again. I have contacted the manager via email but no response. This has been going on fromthe 9 January and still no response. I have been advised it is gone to escallations but no reference number hs been given to me. I am now out of date from almost 300 due to this mistake. I have been told only one upload will be given back to me but once again this is unfair as it is not my fault if the Telkom cashier needs glasses. I am sopset with the way this query is being handled. Telkoms customer service is too terrible. I have referred o many people to 8ta through Telkom and will never do this again.
