I was called by one of the consultants to offer me a product, she said because im a loyal customer they can offer me a contract phone which will make me spend less on airtime, i agreed the offer only because she promised me free airtime and was only going to start paying on the 27th.nothing happened and i also forgot all about it until i experienced problems with my phone, i have been fighting with vodacom for the last weeks and nothing looks like its gonna happen, I want back my BIS, Talking and talking that i had before this was done.i have spoken to several consultants who were all not helpful but felt like they were making fun of me.
I have a highly pregnant wife who needs to communicate with daily and the cheaper way is whatsapp.how im a expected to talk to her, i cant afford buying airtime now and then for whatsapp, can someone explain to me why cant i be helped, i have been with vodacom for more years, i have other network sims but still prefer Vodacom but now its failing me.i want my phone to be fixed please
