My dad's Blackberry was lost. He reported it to Vodacom and was supposed to blacklist the phone. My brother invited the same BBM-pin the other day. The person that the phone ACCEPTED THE BBM. How is the BBM working if the phone was supposed to be BLACKLISTED? We now have a screenshot of who the person is that the Blackberry? Who do I forward this to so that they can investigate?

NOT IMPRESSED with the quality of your staff... We asked for this BB to be blacklisted... CLEARLY that was not done.
