INCOMPETENT STAFF AND TECHNICIANS

I've been with Virgin Mobile for over 5 years, had 3 cell contracts, but now only have 2 as I ported one to MTN. The contract I use is a top of the range business contract and business phone. I'm a sales rep and live on my phone. My S3 started giving problems so I took it in for repairs. I explained what was wrong, and it was sent away, with no loan phone available. For 3 weeks I had to use an old phone that could not accept my mini sim card, so I could not access any of my contacts. When I received my phone, I read the repair list and nothing they replaced had anything to do with the problem i was having. I asked the store assistant what would happen if the problem was not resolved & he said if they had to send it away again, it would go to a more technical technician. Within 24hrs the phone started giving the same problem. took it in for a second time, and explained exactly what was wrong, and asked them to make a note that the technician should either use my phone for a full day & call me after repairing it. 3 weeks later, I collected my phone which worked for only 3 hours, and now is worse than before. NOW THEY WANT TO SEND IT AWAY FOR A 3RD TIME. TIME TO PORT, I THINK
