I upgraded my cellphone contract in December 2012 and received a new Blackberry. In the last 2 months I have taken it to Vodaworld for repairs 3 times in which a software update was done on every occasion and the cover and keypad replaced on the last occasion. The phone has lost the basic functions such as making and receiving phonecalls and has put me in embarrassing situations by being unable to take important calls. The keypad works intermittently and silent is only an option for as long as the phone decides, as it changes to loud on its own. The phone still has the same problems as the first time I took it in and I havent even had it for a year yet and I have had to resort to using my old phone. I cannot keep driving to Vodaworld for software updates that do not solve my problems. Please assist in the matter.
