So not only has the Waterfront Service Centre messed up the paperwork. (the phone was sent back to the store), the replacement center also messed up the details. (the phone was sent back to the store a second time).
Then MTN direct confuses the contracts and tells me it's not their department and the Supervisor Sunil tells me that I must not raise my voice at him as it is not their problem even though he had raised his voice at me telling me that I must wait till Leigh-Ann comes back from sick leave else he will end the call.
The Manager Mr Mabele now doesn't answer his phone as they know that they had messed up.
Over all I'm waiting 2 weeks for a phone all because all three departments messed up!!!
This is not on and I will never recomommend MTN to anybody as starting my contract was a utter disaster.
