I have bought a Telkom mobile modem before I made the purchase I inquired about the connection. I was told that my area is covered but the connection is very poor it runs on 2G all the time, I have logged an enquiry online and called the call centre several times and the consultants sound like they are programmed to tell a client that they must call in when they at the area so that they may troubleshoot. I totally disagree with theory as I have full 3G coverage when I connect in Sandton. I believe this is a misrepresentation and did not get my money's worth. Nobody has bothered to call me or send a technician to assist.
