My 3rd report and my issue is still not resolved pathetic isn't it, everyday for the past 3weeks i spend my days on the phone with customer care and cellc direct they all EFF me from one department to the next just so that i can get different stories.last week i was promised i'll have my handset with me soon as they are prioritising my case.but i think there's a note on their system that tell their consultants to mess with me.i was suppose to have my handset by monday now today they telling me their was never a order place for the replacement handset.i want to get in touch with the manager of cellc head office in JHB or even the director cause i'm fed up now.i want my fone tomorrow or cancel this contract and don't even think of suing me for cancelation fees u can shove that letters up im not paying you messed up you clean it up not me.
