This is my 2nd report about STD Bank and the service just doesn't get better - actually gets worse. STD Bank messed up my car account and have added charges which shouldn't be there since Nov. 12. I phone on a daily basis and send emails to a Supervisor to get an update on my account and no replies. When I phone customer service it's even worse. Talking to STD Bank is pathetic - you get no answers and no feedback in something so simple. Is this the type of attitude STD Bank is setting to customers!!! It's just so unacceptable.
