Terrible service

Opened a 3G contract. With. 8ta early feb, they checked Coverage for our Area and they said the was coverage, when we got home I could not connect, I then called 8ta and an agent told me to wait for 24 hours.
2 days later, My 3G still did not work I called about 8 times, given different suggestions but none worked, on the 16th I logged a call and was told a technician would come see me within 72 hours I called after 72 hours only to be told that my call was still unattended, I fought with the agents for 8days, I was refused to speak to a manager or the relevant dept that could assist me, I even out of desperation asked for a sim swap wishing it would work it did not.
On the 9th day 26th feb a technician came to my house fidled with the 3G and told me that it would never work as the was absolutely no coverage at all in my area, and he told me he would arrange for my contract to be cancelled and I would not be charged any thing for the cancellation. I called today 28 feb to find out if my contract was indeed cancelled, But I was again told that my call or task was in a unattended state, and the agent said he could not tell or advise me on what to do, stranded again
