CELL PHONE INSURANCE LOOKING AFTER ITS CLIENTS

WHEN PURCHASING A CELL PHONE YOU TAKE A INSURANCE TO BE COVERED IF SOMETHING DOES HAPPEN.
ENVERY MONTH I PAY MY INSURANCE, AGREEMENT IS THAT IM INSURED FOR A AMOUNT OF R5000-R7500 WITH A R600 PAY IN FEE. I NEVERED COMPLAINED WHEN THE INSURANCE WENT UP OR ANYTHING.
NOW THAT I HAVE A CLAIM I CAN ONLY GET THE SAME PHONE THAT COST R4200.00, SO I ASK WHY SHOULD I PAY FEES AND WHEN I NEED TO CLAIM I CANNOT GET WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR.
WHEN I CONTACT THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND COMPLAINED THEY ONLY SAID ITS NOT THEIER PROBLEM I SHOULD OF CHECK...

THEY CANNOT CREDIT ME THE AMOUNT THAT I HAVE PAID IN TOO MUCH OR SUPPLY ME I PHONE THAT I HAVE PAID AN INSURACE AMOUNT FOR

INSURANCE COMPANY'S ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN HITS THE FAN THEY HAVE TOOOOO MANY STORIES
