Once again my cell phone service has been suspended for no apparent reason. An amount of R140.98 was paid on 1 Nov 2013, I cannot see any reason for discontinuing my service. I did not receive any reminder that my account is overdue which in any case cannot be the case as I have paid my account on 1 Nov.
This is not the first time this has happened, and I suppose it will not be the last time. To say the least, I am getting fed up with MTN.
