ACC INCORRECTLY PLACED ON ITC CHECK

I upgraded my Vodacom acc in May at Makro. I pd various amounts in store for the upgrade and to my knowledge, the deal was complete. I have had an existing acc with Vodacom for many years and never defaulted in paying my acc. Vodacom then issued an adhoc debit order to my acc, an amount that I was not notified of and permission was not granted for adhoc debits. I did not know what the amounts were for and made an electronic payment immediately. When I finally made contact with Vodacom, they assured me it was a miscommunication on Makro's behalf, to which Makro admitted, and vouchers were issued for any inconvenience caused. Vodacom assured me the issue's been resolved leaving no neg impact to my name or acc. To my horror I've discovered that I was placed under non account payment and under ITC check. My acc has never been in arrears and Vodacom confirmed this is an error, so please explain why no one in the company can assist me with a letter of proof thereof and clear my name from ITC check? My entire credibility is now in ruins because of this error. I would really appreciate it if somebody cld assist in having this matter resolved soonest please.
