Data missing and agents poor attitude

Shortly after 11 I purchased, via my mobile, 1 gig data. On the Vodacom app it reflects that the R149.00 has been loaded to my account but NO data received. I have spoken to a very helpful Tshepo, she loaded an equiry but i need my data now. How on earth do you load a client's account with the cost but they haven't received what they've paid for. During that call the line cut and I called again, a very unhelpful agent answered. She doesn't give, an already irate client the opportunity to talk. Whilst I was talking, she removed the receiver from her ear. She didn't even know when I was done speaking, I called out ant then she answered. Please do not tell me you have problems with the lines, that is a problem with your agent and such person shouldn't be in that position. Shocking!!!

I would like my 1 gig asap - this is not service.
