I tried to do a sim swap over the phone, spoke to an agent called Innocent Phephi, who was rude and not willing to help. i explained to him that my phone had been a couple of months ago which is why i couldnt give an answer to his question of how much airtime i had left on that sim card. he declined my sim swop request and went to further say that i sound too arrogant for his liking..really? i spoke to his manager Siya Gunya who saw absoulutely nothing wrong with the way his staff speaks to Vodacom's clients..and the fact they cut you off mid-sentence cos they feel what u r saying is of no importance..the supervisor even had the nerve to raise his voice at me, a paying customer of Vodacom for more than a decade now..im appalled and will only use my MTN number thank you very much
