Vodacom blocked my number instead of a sim swop

I upgraded my contract. I phoned on Tues 14:42 to do a sim swop. The agent to me and said I can use my old phone until 18:00 until my new sim become active (at 6). My old sim stopped working. My new sim did not work either. I phoned at 17:30 only to speak to a very rude lady who wouldnt help me because she said I wasnt verifying my details corrrectly (errors on their side). I spoke to an assistant manager who apologized and said he would give the employee a disciplinary hearing for lying to me. He said my new sim would be active at 19:00. At 21:47 I still had no sim and I phoned the call centre again. The agent said he was just sitting there because his computer wasnt working. I spoke once again to an assistant manager Steven Nchaupe who told me he also couldnt do anything as Vodacom's systems are down. I was highly irate by this point. I woke up this morning only to find they had still not done anything and I am sitting with 2 cellphones and 2 sim cards and Vodacom cannot activate my Sim cards due to their negligence/ lack of training. Its very easy for them to just say "sorry, the computer says no..." I will go an buy an MTN pay as you go sim card this morning
