Incorrect Billing/Inefficient Staff

In October I renewed my contract with Nashua Mobile. After 4 - 5 weeks of the incorrect details being submitted and various other excuses, I finally received my handset, in early December.

At the time, I applied for a Vodacom 200 bundle, the cost of which was R249.95 Per month
I elected not to take out insurance on the phone

I now receive a bill from Nashua mobile for 460 a month, with a hardware subsidy and insurance being invoiced for the last 3 months.
The contract itself has only been active since start of Jan, how dare they bill me for a service I had not received.
