"Hardware" costs

When signing up with nashua mobile to a Top UP 275 after having problems with Nashua Mobile Alberton Branch when signing a normal contract (mislead with information) after moaning and performing i finally got moved to the Top Up 275. Its been one month and now ive been told i have to pay "hardware costs" on top on the 275 Top UP. I was not told about the hardware costs, i was told it will only be R275.00 (for the Top UP275) for 2 years and R10 caller identity something like that... so m total billing for each month would be R285.00. Ive been told its now R285 plus R60 (hardware costs) that i wasnt told about & Miranda from Nashua Mobile did not explain these costs to me of the "hardware costs".
This has been the 10th problem ive had at Nashua Mobile Alberton City since opening the original contract in January 2013. Their staff do not know what they are talking about, they dont know what their job title entails and their staff are rude and dont get back to you... they there to just make a quick sale & not explain the contracts to clients. Been 2months for Nashua Mobile to get the correct email of mine to send statements, they cant get that right... NASHUA MOBILE MUST TAKE THE COST!
