I wish to congratulate you on the most terrible and pathetic service that I have ever experienced from ANY company in South Africa.
Well done VODACOM. When you make a promise to a client, the client can KNOW that you just say stuff to keep them entertained and waste their time
On the 11th of SEPTEMBER LAST YEAR your contractor Thomas Edwards made a solemn promise that my SIGNAL BOOSTER was being installed ASAP as soon as his stock arrives. This after numerous phonecalls to your helpdesk, numerous emails to your customer care and numerous frustrating days and months with useless and pathetic signal to the point where I cannot make phone calls in my house.
You promised a booster, I sent you photos of the roof as you requested, I sent you GPS co-ordinates as you requested, I sent you directions as you requested, I filled in forms as you requested, I resent the forms as you requested, I then resent them again and you confirmed you received them
PATHETIC AND USELESS DOES NOT EVEN START TO EXPLAIN WHAT I THINK OF YOU AND YOUR "SERVICE"
It is now more than a YEAR later and you have still not solved my problem... Let this be a warning to all potential VODACOM customers. CHOOSE WISE
