The other day I tried to use my vodacom prepaid no. which I have had for 17 years only to find out that the "sim was no registered'. When I called Voda they said it was Nashua fault (I was initially on a contract)... Nashua said it was Voda fault. After speaking to 8 different people, Voda finally admitted to cancelling it because I hadnt used it for a number of days (policy!!!). What hogwash, I've been on prepaid for 5 years and used the phone on and off during this time.
I keep getting bombarded by constant calls from you re all types of upgrade/marketing etc. BUT yet no one has decency to call me to say that they were going to cancel my prepaid no.
I want this no. back and an explanation as to why it was cancelled without advising me of it.
