I'm very disappointed with the service my mom and I received from cellc.. my mom ordered cellphone from cell c for my siblings beginning of September and still today she hasn't received the products she has requested for. she brought 2 bb9320 one white one black. The 1st delivery we received one black and one red. we called cellc to come and take the phone as it was the wrong color, they phone was taken an a black one was returned. how long are we suppose to wait to actually get the correct color? Month end you are going to debit for a phone we never received an never used! we cant keep calling you asking for feedback because the mistake is made by your dispatch team.. like can't they read on the box that the color is not white. This is very unacceptable and we cant keep following you around like we are getting this phone for free. We actually paying for them..
