I applied for an upgrade on my cellphone. It was processed successfully by a Jessica, who promised I will get the handset in 4-5 working days, which I did. Upon receipt of the BlackBerry 9900, I realised on the box (which I did not open, that the phone supplied is Charcoal black, BUT inspite of their terms and conditions, I particularly asked the Call Centre Operator (Jessica) that the phone MUST BE WHITE in color. The Sticker on the box delivered to me, clearly states: PREFERABLY IN WHITE, if not please DO NOT DELIVER. I called the Courier service, which advised I call CellC Direct again, I did, and now they talking 3-4 Working days for Collection of the phone from me and then another 3-7 working days to deliver the right one. I mean, really, where is customer Centricity in this???
