Give credit where it is due!

I have to compliment Telkom. I recently reported intermittent connection problems on my ADSL line. The feedback and service I received was excellent. I cannot remember the names of the person who called me and the Technician that came to my house but I must say they provided world class service! Within a few hours my problem was solved.
