Its now been over a month and still my line for adsl is not fix!!!
i get now connection but it lasts for a few hours and then i am with out connection for almost a whole day...
Still no technician has come too my house in this month too sort out the problem, even after i have reported this matter a week ago on hello peter and telkom responded too me. They said that they will keep me in formed whats happening but nothing happens??? The times i have connection is bad..latency is and i only get 30-50 k/bs speed on the line after telkom upgraded all lines too a 2gig line??? So whats happening? It just feels that TELKOM Does not care about about there customers but only there MONEY!!!
