Pathetic Customer Service

I received a call from Tebogo saying that my fone was due for upgrade, he gave me a few options and i was interested in the Blackberry 9320, he told me the cost would be R169.99 incl. BIS. I asked him to call me back in a few days as i needed to think abt it. He called me again and asked me if i made up my mind, he said there has been a price cut on that fone and that i wud get it for R132, i thought this was a great deal so i accepted. I received my fone and was happy until i noticed I was being charged R192.99. Upon querying i was given an expl. that i couldnt really understand. I requested the recording of the call, he sed he will get it. 2 weeks went by with no contact from him. I called him & then he says there was no mention of BIS in the call. Wen i asked him if it includes everything he yes so why now is it excl. BIS? The initial price was R169.99 incl BIS if there was a price cut hw can i b paying more? I have left messages for the manager to call me which he hasnt. I even sent a mail to him but no response. I want to either cancel my contract or pay wat i ws quoted and be refunded the diff that i paid over the past 5months. This co. is def not cust services orientatated.
