Wrong Assessment (Liquid Damage)

I brought my Samsung Galaxy S2 for software upgrade, since the phone froze and could only switch on until the Samsung logo and some small triangle at the bottom. The phone just froze when I was at the gym. The agent who was Assisting me Nthabiseng, assessed the phone and even switch it on. The phone was booked in and to my shock and horror, when I went to called the phone, I was told my phone is liquid damage. I told them, its impossible, since the phone was switching on, I was told to go get the battery for the phone it will be send over for repairs again, which I did and 8 days later the phone was still at branch, after I complained it was submitted for a second opinion. Now the phone is back with the same story. I told East gate shop, that I'm not going to accept that phone that way, cause, it was switching on when I brought it there, and if they want me to take it, they must put it back to the state it was, and I will take it, somewhere else, so is the 13 years relations I have with Mtn. that water damage, if true, happen when it was in that store or technician. This is not on.
