I own a business. Since Saturday I am unable to receive calls. The line is ringing on the side of the caller but not ringing at our office giving the impression that we do not answer the phone. I reported the fault and it was indicated as a cable problem. We are unable to do business in this way. I received 3 sms's from Telkom. Seemingly aware of my cellphone number. However they indicated not being able to get hold of me since there is no contact details on the system. Yesterday I confirmed the numbers and a promise was made that technician would come out same day. Till now, nothing has changed. I am completely dissatisfied in the urgency that Telkom is dealing with this matter. I think I should bill them for lost business. I have reported it again today and will see if something gets done about this matter.
