I sent in my samsung S2 for repairs as it on works when it's on charge to vodaworld. When I received it back the consultant said it was "Beyond repairs". I ask why and he said corrosion on the circuit board. I told it has never been drop or ever been close to any liquids. He told me there was no sign of liquid damage and this occurs so some phones. Now Vodacom won't repair the phone and change the story from no liquid damage to liquid damage to void the warranty. I have requested a report from the technician and proof the pic they sent to me is of my phone but no answer from them. It's funny how they always reinstall the latest software even though it's beyond repairs. I want to know what will Samsung do! Its time Samsung to prove you are a premium brand!
