I recently took out an iPad data contract with Cell C. I am very rarely able to use data services unless I am connected to a wifi network. Even when the signal bar is full and 3G coverage is indicated web pages won't load, I can't access iTunes or the App Store and social networking such as Facebook and Twitter won't load. There is nothing wrong with my network settings and the problem does not seem to be area specific. I notice, however, that my bank account is debited very efficiently every month. They are happy to take my money yet I do not seem to be getting what I pay for! Very frustrating!
