I recently moved away from a MTN contract to MTN prepaid. I have had nothing but problems since. My voice mails does not work and more frustrating is my phones signal for data is shocking, i can not download emails or use any social networks. I was told this was my phone and when i explained it works perfect when i use wifi the call center agents are stumped. The agents should be washing cars or something they are not educated on the product and simply read off a screen which is not support at all!!!
8 years with MTN and this is the exact reason i didnt take another contract so i can freely move where i please.
