Great attitude, effortless enthusiasm, exceptional

I deposited money into my mother's one cell account, firstly i used wrong reference, i phoned after a day and the first lady i spoke to said she will do it after 20min, the second lady said they are offline the third lady was CINDY and she was able to assist, we even picked up that the incorrect reference was used, She assisted me and spoke to her manager they were able to transfer the funds to the correct reference, however my mothers phone was not accepting the funds and kepton saying pending transaction on CINDY's side, and she advised that i should request my mother to take the phone to the nearest branch wit her ID and proof of residence so they can change the phone and give her the new one and credit her money. two weeks later my mother went to the branch and i contacted the head office to say the branch said they are unable to assist since you guys() is offline. she phoned the branch and advised of what was happening - SHE REMEMBERED ME AND ASSISTED ME ACCORDINGLY. I appreciated this excptional service the great attitude and her effort. SHe is a true diffination of "world class service" . i am impresss and satisfied with CINDYS exceptional service. THANK YOU MADAM!!!
